Are you a store owner wanting to open an account with My Vintage Baby? We appreciate your interest and welcome you to open a wholesale account with us, wholesale accounts are as follows:
- Wholesale pricing on all orders at 50% off listed retail prices.
- Ordering three in a row of a style( ie-2T, 3T, 4T) and you can choose the quantities you like.
- ADDITIONAL dollar discounts off wholesale prices:
- $10,000-$15,000 = 5%
- $15,500-$20,000 = 10%
- It is $500 to open a wholesale account-this can consist of clothing and accessory items.
- Reorder minimums are $100
- All orders are payable via credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you should prefer COD shipping, we require guaranteed funds COD, payable with a cashier’s check or money order. If you choose to ship COD, we will call you the day your order is shipped with your total for your cashier’s check or money order. A $25 fee for all returned checks-no exceptions!
Exclusivity
My Vintage Baby, Inc. is no longer able to watch over proximity between stores. We offer over 100 different unique garment styles each season. We also do not require your store to carry thousands of dollars of our merchandise. We believe there are enough styles and garments for each areas store to carry different, unique My Vintage Baby items. We are able to help to make sure that your neighbor has not ordered the same items as you, but we can no longer choose to only sell to one of you. My Vintage Baby, Inc. is often being but in the middle of community disputes; and rather, we are here to sell you beautiful, high quality unique garments. Thank you for understanding.
Market Shows
You can see the line in person at one of our many market shows in all the various territories. Each season we introduce our collections and then they are retired at season end.
The seasons are: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Our schedule of shows is published to our [Market Calendar]. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please contact one of our [Sales Reps].
Placing an Order
An opening order for My Vintage Baby is $500.
You must order three in a row of an item (ex-2t,3t,4t,)
If you go to the below link:

and then to the bottom of the page you will see
a pink box for online ordering, click on that
box. It will ask for some of your store information and then
within 24 hours it will email you a permanent password/login
and you will be able to access products and pricing.
Cancellations
My Vintage Baby Inc. (MVB) cuts to order beginning production of merchandise within 14 days of order placement.
Any changes and/or cancellations to orders must be submitted
in writing for approval within 14 days of receipt of the original order, whether placed at market, from a sales rep or online via the internet.
Changes and/or cancellations must be either faxed to the attention of MVB-SALES (972) 548-9847, emailed to sales@myvintagebaby.com, or mailed to the attention of
MVB-SALES, 403 Power House Suite 301, McKinney TX 75071.
Cancellations made after the 14-day order period will not be accepted, without a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount of the merchandise that is cancelled
Refusal of Shipments
Any refused shipment is subject to an additional 20% cancellation fee of the total amount refused as well as shipping charges to and from the customer. Customers that refuse merchandise on a consistent basis will not be shipped in the future. Also, if a box is refused on the first shipment of the season, additional products will not be shipped unless the order is prepaid.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order. MVB reserves the right to discontinue styles, colors, sizes or designs at ant time.
Return Policy
MVB only accepts returns on damaged or mis-shipped items. Returns are accepted only with a pre-approved
Return Authorization number (RA#). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a replacement is needed, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise in our warehouse. If no replacement is required, you will be issued an MVB credit to use towards future purchases only.
All sales are final after 10 days. All returns will be accepted at our discretion and all tags must still be on the unworn garment. Items not purchased at full price are considered final sale items, Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and still attached to the item to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable. After the 10 days from your receipt of merchandise, MVB will not accept returns for any reason.
MVB will not for any reason exchange products that were damaged after being worn. Many of our products are not intended for rough play or to be pulled and stretched. If damage appears to have occurred as a result of this, neither a refund nor exchange will be issued and product will be returned to the customer.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your credit. Orders shipped with bonus gifts and/or promotions will have the value of the gift/promotion deducted from your credit.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Return Merchandise Process
- Step 1: Email us at returns@myvintagebaby.com with the following information:
- Your packing slip/invoice number
- Date on packing slip/invoice (*it must be within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise)
- Quantity
- Item Number or Sku
- Reason for the return
- Your phone number
- Your full name
- Your ship to (and bill to address if different
- Your email address
- Step 2: An RA# will be emailed to you. If we have questions, one of our customer services representatives will contact you. Pictures of damaged items may be requested.
- Step 3: Write your RA#(s) on the packing slip/ invoice and circle the items you're returning. Write the
RA# on the OUTSIDE of the top of the shipping box.
Note – MVB will not process any returns that are received without a RA# written on the outside of the shipping box.
- Step 4: Please ship the product back to MVB via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse, so use a reliable shipper. MVB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to the merchant at the merchant’s expense.
- Step 5: We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package with credit information. Please keep in mind that we process your our MVB returns quickly but it can take 30 days for a return to be credited.
Web-based Stores
My Vintage Baby Website & ECommerce Terms and Conditions
- Website must be approved PRIOR to ecommerce by MBV for style / effectiveness. Photos of garments / accessories must meet our standards. (MVB provides ecommerce retailers a CD each season with our images). An annual review of all MVB ecommerce partners will apply.
- Minimum opening order is $1,000 - including clothing and /or accessories ($500 on accessories alone).
- My Vintage Baby garments may not be sold on EBay within 5 months of original ship date of product that is to be posted.
- Unsold merchandise may not be put on clearance until 60 days after the completion date on the ship window, stated on the order form.
- My Vintage Baby does not drop ship to individual customers – WE SHIP ONLY DIRECTLY TO OUR PARTNER STORES, NOT TO CONSUMERS.
- Reorders are on a first come, first serve basis.
- Clothing must be ordered as a three piece minimum per style, per size range.
- Reorder minimums are $100. If $100 minimum is not able to be met, a $15 handling fee will be added to your reorder.
- All orders are payable via credit card unless other payment terms have been previously arranged. MVB accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customers that prefer COD shipping will be required to pay guaranteed funds, payable with a cashier’s check or money order. On all COD shipments MVB will phone the day the order is to be shipped advising total amount due.
- Customers wishing to be considered for terms may apply for Net 30 terms by faxing credit references to 972.548.9847. All applicants must pass our credit screening for approval and will be notified if accepted. A 5% finance charge per month will apply on unpaid balances outside of terms.
- Mis-shipments and damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
